Bob Swanger

Bob Swanger began his career as a chiller, pneumatic controls, and electrical
distribution technician in the US Air Force. He’s worked in a variety of sales, operations, and management positions for the HVAC and temperature control industry. His experience includes three-and-half years on the Linc Corporation’s Executive Team consulting with mechanical contractors and service companies, training, and
developing process and operational procedures for the HVAC Service Industry.
In his current role, Bob oversees the
development of Harris Companies’ Service & Energy Services Group, which specializes in helping
commercial and industrial building owners and managers maintain and improve
the efficiency and sustainability of their facility's infrastructure.

Mark Napier

Mark Woehrle

With 23 years of experience in mechanical contracting management, Mark Woehrle is a licensed mechanical and plumbing contractor in Florida and is an NEBB Certified Supervisor for Air & Hydronic Testing & Balancing. Woehrle is active in Associated Builders & Contractors and is a member of ASHRAE, from which he has earned a Commissioning Process Management Professional (CPMP) certification.

Steve Scott
Director of Facility ServicesLee Company
Steve Scott is a member of Lee Company’s senior management team. As director of facility services, he oversees FM2 (Lee Company’s Facility Management and Maintenance group), commercial sales and service, commercial plumbing and electrical service, technical services, controls, and water treatment. He is also directing Lee Company’s market expansions in North Alabama and the Upper Cumberland Plateau.
Scott has 15 years of experience in the mechanical contracting industry, the last 13 of which has been spent in the design and engineering of custom maintenance programs, facility solutions and facility management.

Earl King
E&C Productions, LLCEarl King won his first national sales contest at the age of 17 in direct sales. He was the national sales champion at Honeywell four consecutive years. As a regional director and later, a national sales manager, Earl wrote and/or contributed in the development of the selling techniques for the commercial division.
As VP at MCC Powers, Earl realigned the national service agenda. In 1986 he founded the United Service Alliance (USA), the largest network of independent, commercial contractors.
Earl has been a consultant to numerous Fortune 500 companies, such as Carrier, Trane International, York, TAC, Schneider Electric, Otis Elevator, Johnson Controls and McQuay. He has been a featured speaker numerous times at ACCA, MCA, MSCA, SMACNA, BOMA, and IFMA. Earl has written more than 75 feature articles for Contracting Business, Contractor Magazine, and A/C and Refrigeration News. As a professional speaker and consultant he has trained sales professionals from 32 countries and all 50 states.

Marty Gilliam

Marty Gilliam has 25 years of experience working with commercial HVAC systems. He holds an unlimited Masters license for the state of Florida. His training has included a variety of OEM factory training, along with sales and management training. Chillers are one of his primary areas of expertise, and he has extensive experience with multiple types of mechanical equipment, such as fractional hp refrigeration units, single compressor centifugal chillers up to 1500 tons, and duplex centrifugal chillers up to 2500 tons. Gilliam also serves as an instructor for the Building Owners and Managers Institute.
